Measuring and Rejection Machine A02.1 for Quality Control of Non-Elastic Materials

Merilno-brakovochnaya machine mod. A02.1 is designed for rewinding from roll to roll, quality control and length measurement of inelastic materials. The machine A02.1 works with rolls of materials with diameter up to 600 mm, weight up to 90 kg and roll width up to 1800 mm/ up to 2000 mm.

The machine is equipped with a metre counter, a 300 mm horizontal viewing screen and a 45 degree tilt angle. Instructions, passports and all documentation are in Russian and supplied with the equipment. The machine operates from 220 V mains voltage.

The machine can be additionally equipped with additional overhead lighting, cutting manual or automatic knife, device for static removal, ruler for visual measurement of width.
