Description

Marmite 2-course MEP-2B/LP Lira-Profi is designed for short-term preservation of hot second courses, sauces and garnishes in gastro-compartments and their distribution to the consumer.
The method of heating gastro containers - "dry" hot air. Smooth temperature adjustment up to 85C for 20 min., at the bottom of the neutral cabinet for storing
kitchen equipment. It is completed with two upper shelves for plates, gastro containers with a lid and guides for trays.
Marmite is installed at catering enterprises independently or as part of a technological distribution line.
