Marine Food Waste Grinder for Efficient Waste Management - IPS-4

Designed for grinding food waste, including small bones. Design - freestanding, built into a cabinet, without lid, made of corrosion-resistant steel, complete with electrified valve. IPS-4 is a solution for simple, efficient and hygienic disposal of food waste.

It has a high degree of functional safety and protection elements. Food waste is loaded from the galley area into the "IPS" shredding feeding stations. The stations crush the food waste into smaller particles.

A small amount of water is added to the food waste to clean the intake hopper and create a liquid mass (slurry). When the pneumatic valve is opened, the food waste is transported by vacuum through the pipeline to the collection tank.
