Magnetic powder flaw detector ErMag 3D

Magnetic powder flaw detector ErMag 3D is designed for non-destructive testing by magnetic powder method of small parts of complex geometry: threads, teeth, etc. with length up to 300 mm in accordance with GOST R 56512-2015, GOST R ISO 9934-1-2011, GOST R ISO 9934-2-2011. The flaw detector design provides contactless high-frequency three-dimensional magnetisation. The flaw detector provides detection of surface and subsurface longitudinal and transverse defects with a minimum opening width of 2 microns and more. The flaw detector allows to inspect the entire surface of ferromagnetic alloy parts accessible for visual inspection.
