Magnetic Powder Flaw Detector ErMag 1000 3D for Non-Destructive Testing of Ferromagnetic Metals

Magnetic powder flaw detector ErMag 1000 3D is designed for non-destructive testing by magnetic powder method of parts made of ferromagnetic alloys up to 1000 mm in length in accordance with GOST R 56512-2015, GOST R ISO 9934-1-2011, GOST R ISO 9934-2-2011. The flaw detector design provides 2 working places: 1 place - for non-contact high-frequency three-dimensional magnetisation and inspection of small-sized parts up to 350 mm long, and 2 place - for inspection of parts up to 1000 mm long. The flaw detector provides detection of surface and subsurface longitudinal and transverse defects with a minimum opening width of 2 microns and more. The flaw detector allows to inspect the entire surface of ferromagnetic alloy parts accessible for visual inspection.
