Forming machine for plastic (fruit) masses RFM-300 is very easy to operate and maintain. You no longer need large production areas and huge lines. Despite its small size, the RFM-300 moulding machine has a capacity of up to 7500 bars per hour, with a working width of 300 mm. The prepared mass (fruit paste (or any other homogeneous, plastic product) mixed with various additives (crushed nuts, protein, rice balls, etc.) is loaded into the hopper of the moulding machine manually or automatically using a transport system. Special pressure rollers in the hopper of the moulding machine fill the cells in the moulding drum with mass. The cells are made individually for each customer based on the size and shape of the final product. Thus, the RFM-300 moulding machine works without scraps and rejects.
