Description
Designed for rapid mixing/massaging (within minutes) with spices, marinades or brines of various products from: meat, poultry, fish, minced meat, seafood, salads, vegetables, cheese, pasta and other products. It works on the basis of a 200 litre DIN 9797 (ET-200) process tank.
Design features:
The entire unit is an AISI 304 stainless steel construction;
A complete solution to the need for massaging and mixing of whole meat products such as chicken, chicken legs, hams and thighs, pork loin, poultry, meat products, fish, vegetables, salads, etc.
The range and versatility is virtually unlimited. The meat massager works with standard trolleys. In case of vacuum version, vacuumisation level up to 50% or for higher values, reinforced trolleys can be used.
