Knife Sterilizer STN-18 for Effective Knife Disinfection in Food Service

The sterilisers are designed for disinfection of knives of large and small sizes and other tools at the enterprises of trade and catering (canteens, cafes, restaurants) and small enterprises of trade and catering with the help of bactericidal lamp with ultraviolet radiation. The device is equipped with a timer with a maximum irradiation time of 60min. The steriliser is designed as a hinged box with a door, intended for mounting on the wall. It is equipped with a power cord with a plug for connection to the electrical network. Inside the body of the steriliser is divided into two parts by a partition: <ul> <li>- working - for placing knives and other instruments;</li> <li>technological - for placing electrical equipment.</li> </ul>
