Description
Ittr insulators with an adhesive layer are used in electrical equipment to support and separate electrical conductors without allowing current to flow through the shrinkage point and through the thickness of the insulator. Increases the length of the current leakage path. Provides dry zones on the surface of end couplings.
Does not support combustion. Resistant to ultraviolet light and other environmental influences. Used for outdoor installation of heat shrinkable terminations up to 35kV.
