Hardness tester ITR-15/150-AS is designed to measure the hardness of metals by Rockwell and/or Super Rockwell method. Structurally, the hardness tester consists of loading and unloading mechanisms, work table lifting, microprocessor unit, touch screen control panel. Constructive features of ITR-AS:- instrument of stationary type;- built-in microprocessor unit;- automatic system of measuring the depth of the tip introduction;- automatic system of hardness calculation, conversion to other scales;- automatic system of testing;- availability of the mechanism of table height adjustment;- automatic disassembly of the test results by the set boundaries;- automatic correction of the test result depending on the radius of curvature of the investigated surface;- carrying out tests on 30 scales;- automatic
