Infrared Soldering Station IK-650 MINI for BGA Repair Applications

Designed for repair and soldering of printed circuit boards with BGA. Universal repair centre for repair and soldering of BGA, lead-free and conventional technology. Automatic thermal profile on the soldering object. It is also used for BGA rebolling and reflow soldering according to the thermal profile. The movement of the top heater of the Thermopro IR station can be controlled in any direction.

The ELSTEIN HTS/4 top infrared heater can be easily tilted upwards for easy and quick replacement of the 3D infrared concentrator, which improves the uniformity of the heat field and reduces the size of the heat spot in the soldering area.

3D concentrators for IR stations are developed and patented by Thermopro and are included in all soldering stations for BGA of IR-650 MINI series. In comparison with flat diaphragms they have a definite advantage in terms of BGA soldering quality.
