Hydraulic Spring Harrow BPG-15A for Efficient Tillage Applications

Hydraulic spring harrow for making up aggregates with a total working reach of up to 13.9 m from trailed spring sections BPG-15A. The harrow with a total working width of up to 13.9 m is assembled from trailed spring sections. The harrow is coupled with 1.4t class tractors (MTZ type).

The pressure in the hydraulic system is 160 atm and is designed to perform the following operations: <ul> <li>- moisture closing during the period of pre-sowing harrowing of winter crops;</li> <li>repeated harrowing for technical crops;</li> <li>pre-emergence and post-emergence harrowing of technical crops to remove weeds;</li> <li>collection of crop residues into windrows.</li> </ul>The availability of machines with spring tines has a qualitatively new effect. In the process of work the tines are subjected to vibration, as a result the soil is better ploughed, loosened and weeds are destroyed more effectively. After ploughing the soil, cultivation should be carried out before harrowing.
