Hurricane-South Hardware-Software Complex for Accurate Vehicle Speed Measurement

The hardware and software complexes "Uragan-South" (hereinafter - complexes) are designed to measure the speed of vehicles by radar-free method (by video frames), as well as to measure the current navigation parameters by the signals of navigation spacecraft of global navigation satellite systems (GNSS) GLONASS and GPS, to determine on their basis the coordinates and synchronisation of the internal time scale of complexes with the national time scale of the Russian Federation UTC(SU).
The complex contains embedded specialised software (software), which provides its operation, data reception and transmission, measurement and calculation of values of speed, time, coordinates and application of these data to each frame from the video sensor.
