Electronic Control System Test Stand for Gas Turbine Engine Functionality Testing

The chief designer's stand is designed to test the functioning of the electronic control and monitoring system of the gas turbine engine as a whole, as well as block by block during tests on the stand by simulating input signals from the product sensors, commands from the electronic blocks of the highest level, various failure situations, etc.

The GC stand includes the necessary setting and control and measuring equipment to ensure, among other things:
- conducting tests in a barocamera;
- performance of specific tests;
- EMC tests;
- linear acceleration tests;
- vibration tests;
- working place for testing the ESDS on the stand on the product;
- installation of various software
- verification of individual units and/or modules of the ESDS.
