SVP SLAVIR are modern, safe and highly efficient amphibians, designed for year-round use as multifunctional vessels: recreational (recreation, tourism, recreational fishing, hunting); production and rescue (patrolling, medical assistance, supply, watch); research (mobile laboratories, geological exploration), passenger (crossing, excursions). Hovercraft SLAVIR are able to move over the water surface of any depth, as well as over land or ice cover with a relatively flat surface. Architectural and constructional features of the vessel: Hull - composite box construction, reinforced with metal, with PVC cylinders.

The bow deck and stern receiver, which are most vulnerable in a collision, can be replaced. The flexible air cushion enclosure is represented by flexible receivers, fore and aft curtains. The propulsion system is single-engine with cardan drive and gearbox.

Propulsion is an air propeller in an aerodynamic nozzle.
