High-voltage solid-state half-bridge switch HVS-HBM

Series of high-voltage switching devices of half-bridge configuration, designed to form rectangular pulses on the load of any type. Parameters of output pulses correspond to the input control signal (TTL-signal) from an external generator, the ability to generate pulses of a given length on the edge of the control pulse is supported, as well as the ability to create a custom algorithm of pulse generation. The plastic housing fulfils UL94-V0 requirements and is UV resistant, the overall dimensions are unaffected by changes in the vacuum environment. An optional shielded version of the housing is available, which ensures the product's resistance to high electric and magnetic fields and low EMI. The switching device is designed for switching high-voltage electrical circuits, for forming ultra-short high-frequency pulses, for supplying DC voltage to the load.
