High-Pressure Cylinder Assembly for PT-135 Turbine - Enhance Performance

Modernisation consists in replacement of units and parts of the PT-135/165-130/15 turbine operating at high temperatures and exhausted resource, and includes the following types of works:
- replacement of the complete CVD with installation on the existing foundation and on the existing housing of the front bearing block and the middle (thrust bearing);
- replacement of DDC control valves and turbine stop valves with preservation of the single-line scheme of fresh steam supply to the stop valves;
- replacement of the cam-type distributor of the VDC control valves;
- replacement of the liners of the front support bearing and rear support bearing of the CVD;
- replacement of oil protection rings.
