High-Precision Ultrasonic Flow Meter "Vympel-500" for Accurate Gas Measurement

"Vympel 500" - ultrasonic multibeam flowmeter of increased accuracy, designed to measure the flow rate and volume of natural gas and other gas media. The ultrasonic measuring meter has eight independent chordal measurement channels according to the scheme "sensor to sensor". Measurement of the integral velocity of the medium along the chords allows to obtain more detailed information about the nature of the flow and take into account its distribution along the profile when proceeding to the calculation of flow rate. This ultrasonic gas flowmeter is equipped with an eight-channel electronics unit made on a modern low-consumption element base. The software of the device allows to display all current data on the measurement status in real time in a graphical format, as well as diagnostic information on the state of the hardware part of the electronics unit. The device can be used for commercial gas metering at gas metering stations with pipeline diameter up to 1400mm and pressure up to 25MPa.
