Description

1 Conducting cores - single-wire from copper soft round wire with nominal diameter 1,20 mm.
2 Insulation - film-porous-film (three-layer, consisting of solid, porous and solid layers of polyethylene).
3 Core - twisted from four insulated cores of different colours around a water-blocking thread.
In a quadruplet, two conductors arranged diagonally form a working pair. The strands of one pair of quadruplets are red and yellow (or natural) in colour, the other pair is blue (or cyan) and green.
4 Belt insulation - made of water blocking tape and polyethylene filling.
5 Shield - in the form of two copper tapes with nominal thickness of 0,1 mm or aluminium tapes with nominal thickness of 0,15 mm, it is allowed to use aluminopolyethylene tape with nominal thickness of aluminium layer not less than 0,08 mm and tinned copper wire laid under it.
6 Sheathing - on top of the bitumen layer a polyethylene sheathing.
