Description
1. Conducting cores - single-wire from copper soft round wire with nominal diameter of 1,20 mm.
2. insulation is made of insulating polyethylene in the form of a continuous concentric layer.
3. quadruple - cores with insulation of different colours are twisted in a star quadruple around a polyethylene cord. In a quadruple, two conductors arranged diagonally form a working pair. The insulation of the cores of one pair of fours has red and yellow (or natural) colours, the other pair has blue (or cyan) and green colours.
4. Belt insulation in the form of polyethylene terephthalate tape and polyethylene composite filling;
5. Shielding in the form of two annealed copper strips of nominal thickness 0.1 mm or aluminium strips of nominal thickness 0.15 mm spirally applied. One tinned copper contact wire is laid beneath the aluminium strips;
6 A polyethylene sheath is applied over the bitumen layer over the screen.
