High-Concentration Nitrogen Membrane Unit AMU-1/13 for Efficient Nitrogen Generation

AMUs are used to produce high concentration nitrogen (up to 99.95%) at minimum production cost. AMU occupy minimal working space and are manufactured for a specific task - generating nitrogen of the required purity, with the required performance margin. The AMU is based on half-fibre membrane nitrogen-oxygen air filters.

This is the most reliable nitrogen gas source available today. Replacement of membrane nitrogen-oxygen air filters is quick and easy. The AMU is usually mounted on an open frame - this facilitates easy access to the system components and also has a positive effect on its price.

The basic AMU consists of an air treatment system, compressor, gas separation unit and receiver. These units function under the control of an automation system. Specific customer tasks require different variations - addition of additional receivers, installation of a booster compressor, additional nitrogen purification, specific automation system and so on.
