Piston Air Compressor 2VM2.5-14/101 for Industrial Applications

Piston air crosshead compressor 2VM2,5-14/101 on the opposition base M2,5 is used in industry, pharmaceuticals, food and other industries as a constant and reliable source of compressed air for various needs. The complete compressor unit consists of a compressor, refrigerators (gas coolers), air pipework, cooling and automation systems. The compressor is a piston crosshead machine with a rectangular arrangement of cylinders. For separation of liquid and oil particles there are cavities in coolers or moisture and oil separators, from where condensate and oil are removed by periodic purging. The compressor is driven by an in-built electric motor, the motor stator is attached to the frame lantern and the rotor is mounted on the compressor crankshaft shank. A significant number of assemblies and parts are unitised and interchangeable.
