Hexagonal Polypectomy Loop for Flexible Endoscopes - Effective Polyp Removal Tool

1 Purpose 1.1 The hexagonal polypectomy loop without handles for flexible endoscopes is intended for cutting and removal of polyps during endoscopy. It is used together with flexible endoscopes and EHF devices.

2 Technical specifications. 2.1 Tool channel diameter: 2.8 mm. 2.2 Tool length: 2400 mm. 2.3 Hinge diameter: 30 mm. 2.4 Weight not more than - 0.07 kg.

3 Design and principle of operation. 3.1 To bring the hinge into working position, pull the control knob forward as far as it will go. 3.2 To retract the loop, pull back the control knob. 3.3 There is also a contact on the handle for connecting the loop to the EHF machine. 3.4 To replace the hinge with a spare one, unscrew the nut on the handle and, by pressing the button on the handle (on the opposite side of the contact), pull it out of the handle. Replace the hinge and reassemble the tool
