Hermetic Oil Current Transformer TBMO-220 UHL1 for Electrical Measurements

Hermetic oil current transformers TBMO-220 UHL1 are large-scale current converters and are designed to generate signals to measuring instruments and protective electrical devices in electrical networks of alternating current of frequency 50 Hz with a solidly earthed or effectively earthed neutral. The principle of operation is based on the use of electromagnetic induction, i.e. the creation of EMF by an alternating magnetic field.

Transformers are manufactured with five secondary windings (metering, measurement and protection). They require minimum maintenance costs. No supervising engineer is required for commissioning.

It is sufficient to check the oil level during operation. Oil sampling is not compulsory and is at the discretion of the operating personnel.
