OM Series Transformer - Reliable Voltage Converter for Electrical Applications

Transformers are a converter of alternating current of one voltage into alternating current of another voltage. They are designed to supply electrical measuring instruments, protection and signalling circuits. Power and special transformers are designed to increase or decrease the voltage supplied to AC receivers. The design of transformers consists of a magnetic core made of electrotechnical steel, windings with their insulation, bends and other structural parts used to connect the individual parts in a single structure. Voltage transformers, depending on the version may have two secondary windings, of which one (main) is designed to supply measuring instruments and circuits of protective devices, and the other (additional) to supply circuits of protective devices and insulation control of the network.
