Gear hobbing machines ZFc series

The machines are designed for roughing and finishing of cylindrical wheels.
On hobbing machines are processed spur gears with straight and oblique (helical) external teeth, worm milling cutters by rolling method, or disc modular milling cutters by copying method.
The main features of the machines in achieving high quality characteristics are:
-Techniques are applied for finishing the base surfaces of the machine tools to the required class of geometric accuracy standards;
-New drives for the main motion of the tool spindle and workpiece rotation with the shortest possible kinematic chain are installed;
-Kinematic error of end links (worm gears and hypoid pairs) is monitored with subsequent compensation of revealed errors, kinematic error is detected by a kinematometer manufactured in accordance with copyright certificate No. 1015245 dated 22 May 1981;
