Gear hobbing machine of ZFkp 320/8 CNC 3 series

The machines are designed for roughing and finishing machining of spur bevel wheels. Processing is carried out by the method of rolling or plunge, as well as a combined method of hobbing with hobbing cutters.
The main features of the machines in achieving high quality characteristics are:
-Techniques of finishing of basic surfaces of machine tools to the necessary class of norms of geometrical accuracy are applied;
-The new drives of the main motion of the tool spindle and workpiece rotation with the shortest possible kinematic chain are installed;
-Kinematic error of end links (worm gears and hypoid pairs) is monitored with subsequent compensation of revealed errors, kinematic error is detected by a kinematometer manufactured in accordance with copyright certificate No. 1015245 dated 22 May 1981;
-All cycles are multi-pass with the possibility of setting individual parameters for each pass;
