Gas Regulation Station Block - GRPB for Safe and Efficient Gas Management

GRPB is a frame welded insulated block of container type, inside of which there is a technological line of reduction. which contains technological line of gas reduction, technical devices and measuring instruments. GRPBs are designed for reduction of high or medium pressure gas to low pressure, automatic maintenance of pressure at the set level.

Requirements for the design of the block-container: The design of the block-container shall comply with the requirements of GOST 34011, SP 62.13330.2011, as well as the provisions of these specifications. The block-container shall consist of rooms with independent exits to accommodate in them the reduction lines and engineering and technical support systems. Structural solutions of the block-container are determined by: the choice of steel grade of external building structures of the block-container taking into account the temperature of the coldest days, security 0,98 strength calculation taking into account its own weight, design snow, wind and seismic loads.
