Description
Equipment for processing frozen products. Block cutters are designed for chopping frozen products (frozen meat blocks, other food products) of any shapes and sizes into slices or pieces with clear edges. The drum-type block cutter is designed for continuous chopping of frozen products in large volumes at very low temperatures. High quality slicing before further processing in rotary bowl cutters, spinner and other machines is achieved thanks to the unique knife design and precise geometry of the knife drum, as well as the integrated clamping system and unique feeding system.
