The wagon-platform model 13-9997 is designed for carriage of cargoes not requiring protection from atmospheric precipitation of sawn timber and round timber (stacks of 3,0 m, 4,0 m or 6,0 m in length) on the whole railway network. The wagon has an increased load capacity, and the design of the wagon body provides convenience of loading and unloading operations.
