Flap valve KP (grain flow control)

Flip valve KP (KP 450x55, KP 620x45, KP 350x350x45, KP 350x350x45F, KP 350x350x90, KP 450x450x45, KP 450x450x90, KP3x400x400, KP 710x710x45 FC, KP 710x710x90 FC) is designed to change the direction of product flow through gravity pipes at explosion and fire hazardous production facilities of storage, processing and use of vegetable raw materials.
It consists of a welded body made of galvanised sheet steel with a flip flap and a drive based on a gearmotor. The housing is fitted with an axle carrying the flap and a rocker arm. Limit switches are located on the housing. At the operator's command, the valve flap is set in one of two positions to change the product flow. When the electric power is supplied to the electric motor of the gearmotor, the axis is rotated and the lever mounted on it switches off the supply voltage when it reaches the back pressure sensor.
