Fire Dampers Control Electric Actuator with Return Spring LAB R-BLF230 for Ventilation Systems

Electric actuator with return spring for fire (normally-open) dampers, designed for installation on ventilation dampers. It controls air dampers in automatic mode, closing the ventilation channel. The return spring is actuated in the absence of power supply.

The actuator can be operated remotely and manually with flap position locking. Design of the gearbox mechanism with metal gears only. Compatible with all ACS systems (e.g.

Bolid, Gefest, Rubetek). There is a mechanism of manual control. Main characteristics of the actuator:

1. Actuator with return spring with locking of the cocking position.
2. Auxiliary switches - 2 single-pole switches with double switching 1 mA...3 A, 5 VDC, 250 V ~
3. Power supply from the mains 220 V.
4. Torque - 5 Nm.
5. Response time - motor <70 s.; spring <20 s.
6. Ventilation damper angle control stop is missing.
