Heavy-Duty Excavator Support Frame with 15.3m Diameter and 1.1m Height

The support frame serves as the base of the excavator. The frame is a round metal structure with a diameter of 15.3 metres and a height of 1.1 metres. The frame consists of upper and lower decks, as well as circular and radial beams.

For ease of transport, the frame is made of 5 welded sections: one central section and four radial sections. The lower edge of the frame, which is in contact with the ground when walking, is reinforced with wear-resistant plates. A heavy-duty ring is welded to the side surface of the support frame, which serves as a support for gripping the frame edge when the excavator is walking.

On the side surface of the support frame there is a window for power cable entry. Hatches with removable covers are provided for maintenance and inspection of the frame during operation. The centre section of the frame is fitted with a centre trunnion, which has a reliable collet fixing.

Inside the support frame there is a dust and oil-protected lightning protection chamber.
