EX-PRESS Pneumatic 03 Pneumatic Press for Heavy-Duty Applications

Pneumatic press EX-PRESS Pneumatic 03 with a force of 3.0 tonnes is designed for installation of pressing fasteners, puklevka, crimping, pressing, pressing, extrusion and other operations requiring high force. The machine is a rigid prefabricated and welded structure fixed on a table or workbench. In the upper part of the body is installed mechanism that creates a vertical force with the help of a pneumatic drive, which is transmitted to the working tool through the rod.

On the bed and on the rod there is an interchangeable tool for various types of work. Additionally, a quick-change turret-type mechanism for the tool can be supplied. The control is carried out by a pedal, the operator's hands are free.
