Press manual EX-PRESS Mechanic-01 with a force of 0,75 tonnes is designed for installation of pressing fasteners, punching, crimping, pressing, extrusion and other operations requiring high force. The machine is a rigid prefabricated and welded structure fixed on a table or workbench. In the upper part of the body is installed mechanism that creates a vertical force with the help of a manual drive, which is transmitted through the rod to the working tool.

On the bed and on the rod there is an interchangeable tool for various types of work. Additionally, a quick-change turret-type mechanism for the tool can be supplied. The machine is convenient and easy to work, requires minimal maintenance, reliable and safe.
