Description

A distinctive feature of vapo grills is the presence of a tray of water. Evaporating water creates the effect of a "water bath", so that the products are not only evenly fried, but also acquire unusual juiciness and softness. The use of water also significantly reduces the formation of smoke and makes the grill easier to use.

Cast iron grates with excellent non-stick properties are used for quality frying and to obtain a relief pattern. The range of vapo grills includes tabletop and floor grills. Floor grills are made on an open stand or cabinet with a niche for storing kitchen equipment.

If desired, the niche can be supplemented with hinged doors, and the grills themselves can be made mobile.
