Electric Contact Grill for Fast Cooking ETKV2 - Ideal for Quick Meals

The floor contact grill with upper and lower grilling surfaces cooks the food on both sides simultaneously, halving the cooking time. The ETKV2 is equipped with two cooking zones, each with an independent control panel. The time, the heating temperature of the cooking surfaces and the height of the gap are programmed on the touch screen display with a simple and clear interface.

The user interface allows diagnostics and error detection. The adjustable gap between the roasting surfaces can be adjusted from 0 to 35 mm. The housing is made of stainless steel.

The 25 mm thick lower cooking surface has a combined construction (steel+aluminium). The upper heating elements are made of cast aluminium. The upper flaps are fitted with Teflon sheets.

On either side of the pressure grill are steel containers for collecting excess fat and food waste from the grilling surface.
