Electric steam-convective cooking apparatus PKA20-1/1/1PM2-01EK (combi steamer)

Convection steam cookers of electric kitchen type PCA are designed for
cooking foodstuffs in five different modes:
- convection(dry heating up to 270°C);
- convection + steam (up to 250°C);
- heating with steam (up to 160°C);
- low temperature steam (up to 98°C);
- steam (100°C).
Internal and facing surfaces of combi steamers are made of high quality stainless steel.
