The electric spiral dough kneading machine TMS-40NNN-2C is designed for kneading any kind of dough in bakery and catering enterprises.
Features of the spiral dough mixers of the CHEF series:
- the possibility of kneading any type of dough: shortbread dough for biscuits and tartlets; unleavened dough for dumplings, manty and noodles; yeast dough for rolls, pies and patisseries; yeast dough for wheat and rye bread;
- additional possibility of kneading dough with a total mass not exceeding 30% of the normal load of ordinary yeast dough;
- possibility of short-term reversible rotation of the kneading organ and the bowl for easy removal of dough residues;
- programmable operation for each speed by means of two timers and the possibility of both programmed and manual operation;
- belt and chain drive;
- use of quality belts with oil- and heat-resistant coating, made of a polyurethane mixture and elastomer, which have a high...
