Electric induction cooker PEI-4/G1/L1

The electric induction cooker PEI-4/G1/L1 belongs to the trade mark "New Energy". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in functional containers specially designed for induction cookers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 4 burners with a total power consumption of 14.5 kW (2 burners 3.5 kW, 1 burner 5 kW, 1 burner 2.5 kW).

Permissible maximum distributed load per burner 40kg. Useful diameter of the cookware is not less than 12 cm and not more than 26 cm. Boiling time for 1 litre of water on a 2.5 kW burner is approximately 3 minutes, on a 3.5 kW burner - 2 minutes, on a 5 kW burner - 1.5 minutes.

The hob is equipped with height-adjustable supports.
