Induction Cooktop PEI-6 (700) D for Efficient Food Processing

The electric induction cooker PEI-6 (700) D refers to the trade mark "Dominator". It is designed for heat treatment of semi-finished products in specially designed for induction cookers functional containers (cooking, frying, stewing and passivation) at catering enterprises. It has 6 burners, with a total power consumption of 18 kW.

Permissible maximum distributed load on the burner is 40kg. Useful diameter of dishes is not less than 12 and not more than 26 cm. Table-top version, designed for installation with equipment in a 700 line.

Voltage 220/380, V. Boiling time of 1l of water is about 3,5 minutes. The plate is made of stainless steel elements of AISI 430 grade 1,2 mm thick.

Each plate has side strips and a rear spoiler to provide ventilation. The plates are equipped with rubber supports to prevent sliding on the surface. (Slab stand is an optional extra when ordering products).
