Description
The electric food boilers are designed for cooking broths, second and third courses and boiling water. Boiler is used at catering enterprises independently or as part of technological lines. Drainage of the finished product is carried out by a 1 1/2 inch tap on the front panel.
The convenient handle of the lid is fixed in any position. The water is heated by means of a steam-water jacket. The material of the vessel is made of AISI 304 corrosion-resistant stainless steel.
The boiler has 3 heating modes.
