Electric Cooking Kettle with Stirring and Tilting Function KPEM-60-OMR for Efficient Food Preparation

Boiler food boilers electric with stirring and tipping functions is designed for cooking broths, first, second and third dishes. The boiler is used at catering enterprises independently or as a part of technological lines. Drainage of the finished product is carried out by tilting the cooking vessel with the help of a manual drive.

The lid is fixed in the upper position with the help of a latch. Water heating is carried out by steam-water jacket method. The boiler is equipped with a bottom easily removable mixer for mixing the prepared product.

The mixer has adjustable speed of rotation and reverse. The material of the vessel is made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel AISI 304. The boiler has 3 heating modes.

The boiler is supplied with a mounting stand.
