The boiler is used at catering enterprises, canteens of production enterprises, both independently and as a part of technological lines. The boiler is equipped with a control panel with a touch screen that allows you to cook dishes in accordance with the desired programme or recipe.

The panel has a built-in USB-connector for updating the software. The main functions of the boiler are: cooking at a set temperature, cooling, programming (up to 50 programmes), stirring (6 stirring methods), measuring or manual pouring at the operator's choice. The boiler vessel is made of corrosion-resistant steel AISI 316L, external lining AISI 304.
