Lava Grill BPD 02L "Bakening" - Ideal for Cooking Steaks and Vegetables

Lava grill is designed for frying various products (steaks, steaks, vegetables and more) at catering and trade enterprises. During the cooking process, the food gets the same flavour, aroma and appearance as when cooked over an open fire. Volcanic lava evenly distributes heat over the product; the lava stone absorbs excess liquid and eliminates the appearance of unpleasant odours during cooking. The model is equipped with a gas leakage control system, piezoelectric ignition, an ignition burner and a splash guard. The special V-shaped grate retains the excess fat released during frying.
