The proofing cabinet is designed for proofing dough pieces of bakery products.
The cabinet is used as part of galley equipment on naval ships and civilian vessels.

? When rocking with an amplitude of 45° and a period of 7 to 9 seconds in any direction.

? When exposed to a relative humidity of 98% at an ambient temperature of 35°C.

? When exposed to ambient temperature for a long time (without limitation) from 1°C to 45°C.

? After exposure to salt (sea) mist.

? Maintaining the set temperature and humidity in the proofing chamber by means of high-precision setting devices.

? Ensuring uniform temperature and humidity at any point in the proofing chamber through optimised airflow distribution and the operation of the steam humidification system.
