1 Type and purpose of the vessel.
Self-propelled dry-cargo vessel with two cargo holds, designed for carriage of general and bulk cargoes (including grain), bundled lumber, round timber, scrap metal, metal in bundles and coils, bulky, long and heavy cargoes, coal, dangerous cargoes of classes 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.1, 8, 9.
2 Area of navigation and operating conditions.
Sea areas corresponding to the restricted navigation area R2 - with a wave height of 3 per cent probability of 7.0 m, with a distance from the place of refuge not more than 100 miles and with a permissible distance between places of refuge not more than 200 miles, inland waterways of Russia taking into account the restrictions, including VBVP and VDSC.
Estimated outside air temperature +35°C at 65% humidity in summer and - 25°C at 85% humidity in winter, water temperature from + 32°C to 0°C respectively..
