Testoraraskatovaya machine TRM-420 is designed for use in the kitchen of restaurants, cafes, canteens and any catering companies for rolling egg dough, dough for bakery products to facilitate the formation of crusts for cooking pizza, bread, pies, etc. with preserving the characteristics of the dough, also for the preparation of noodles width of 2, 4, 6 and 12 mm. depending on the used removable attachment noodle cutter. The machine is controlled by an electromechanical panel. Rolling out of dough is made manually by means of passing the dough piece between the rollers and changing manually the thickness of rolling out with the help of the handle in the range of 0,1...10 mm.
