Description

Purpose, scope of application: Proofing cabinet ??-41 is designed for proofing dough of bakery and confectionery products.

The cabinet is used in trade, catering, bakeries and bakery industry.

Distinctive features: Uniform heat distribution in the chamber is achieved through the use of convection. The steam moistening is achieved by evaporation of moisture from the bathtub under the influence of temperature. The glass door and the light of the chamber make it easy to monitor the process. The grids can be easily adjusted to fit 400x600 mm baking trays and 530x325 mm gastronorms. The cabinet is made of high quality imported steel. Control panel that allows you to control all proofing parameters. Height-adjustable legs.
