Description

Kuzbass 68-3M screw dough divider is designed for dividing dough from wheat, rye-wheat and rye flour into pieces of equal weight.Dough from the funnel is injected by a screw into the dough divider head, which periodically rotates, gives out successive pieces of dough of equal weight. Depending on the design, the dough pieces fall into the moulds, onto the conveyor belt or onto the baker's hands.
